Summary: I took 5 nieces and nephews for 4 days. Home was perfect to entertain 12 to 18 yo. Area was beyond convenient for ANYTHING!! The pool was my favorite park. Salt water. We are thinking to book again before the year is out.

Summary: This house was ideal for my family's summer vacation! The pool in the backyard with a privacy fence was so relaxing and we spent hours there every day. There is plenty of outdoor seating to lay out for a tan or sit at an umbrella table. There is a grill in the backyard that we used a few times. There is even a spare propane tank for the grill which we didn't need but would be super handy when needed. The location also made this place ideal. The beach is a short (not even 10 min) drive away, and grocery stores are very close. Aldi was 2 minutes and Publix 3 minutes away. The floorplan had a nice layout with the master bedroom on one side and the two guest rooms on the opposite side of the home. There is an open floorplan with plenty of space and a big sectional. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we certainly felt safe. Overall we had a great experience (we stayed a full week) and definitely hope to make it back. Of all the rentals we have used, this is by far our favorite!!

Summary: Me, my wife, our 1 year old puppy, and our parents had such a great time at this home for our 3 week stay. It was very quiet other than the planes flying overhead (airbase for private planes nearby) and in a great location close to the beach (20-25 min walk or 5 min drive) where there are many new waterfront restaurants.The pompano beach community park is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk and there are 2 golf courses, a dog park, & tennis/pickleball/basketball courts. The house was comfortable for all of us with a pool, grill, and small fenced in backyard for our dog. Highly recommend this property and would stay again!
